We built Enodara to give you better market intelligence — not to harvest your data. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we don't, and why.
Privacy is not a legal checkbox at Enodara — it is a deliberate design decision. We are a quantitative research platform, not an advertising business. We have no interest in profiling you, monetising your behaviour, or selling your information to anyone. The only data we hold is what we genuinely need to run the platform and serve you well.
We will always be transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. If that ever changes materially, we will tell you directly before it happens.
To create and maintain your Enodara account, we collect:
That is it. We do not ask for your phone number, date of birth, address, nationality, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
We want to be unambiguous about what falls completely outside the scope of what we store or access:
Every number you enter into our calculators — position sizes, risk amounts, stop-loss levels, profit targets — and every trade you log in your Trade Journal is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers, never written to our database, and is never accessible to us or anyone else. It exists only on your computer, in your browser, under your complete control.
If you clear your browser's local storage or switch browsers, that data is gone — because it was never held by us in the first place. You own it completely.
When you use the Enodara Community, the following content is stored on our servers and is visible to other platform members:
You can delete your own posts and comments at any time from within the platform. Deleted content is removed from public view immediately and purged from our database within 30 days.
We review reported content for guideline violations. Moderation actions (such as content removal) are logged for safety and accountability purposes but are not shared publicly.
The data we collect is used only for the following purposes:
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to serve you advertisements. We do not share your data with data brokers, marketing platforms, or analytics companies. Enodara is ad-free by design and will remain so.
We use only functional and strictly necessary browser storage — no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
eno_loggedin) — a simple boolean flag shared across enodara.com subdomains so the landing page can show you "Open App" instead of "Sign in". It contains no personal data — just whether a session existsNone of these persist tracking identifiers, are shared with advertising networks, or are used to follow you across other websites.
Because we use only functional and necessary storage, we are not required to display a cookie consent banner — and we choose not to add unnecessary friction to your experience.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform. We share only the minimum data necessary with each:
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Segment, or any other behavioural analytics or advertising platforms.
We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your data:
No system is perfectly secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with our obligations under applicable data protection law.
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data, and we will honour them without unnecessary delay:
To exercise any of these rights, email support@enodara.com. You do not need to provide a reason for most requests. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a deletion or access request.
Enodara is used worldwide, and we honour the data protection rights that apply to you wherever you live. We process personal data on the lawful bases of performing our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform. We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.
Europe, the United Kingdom and the EEA. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR give you the rights set out above, together with the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Information Commissioner's Office. Where we transfer data outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
United States. If you are a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioural advertising, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Asia and the Middle East. If you are protected by laws such as Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, India's data protection legislation, or comparable regimes in the region, you may exercise the access, correction, deletion and consent rights described above, and we handle your data in line with those requirements.
Africa. If you are protected by laws such as South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, Nigeria's Data Protection Regulation, or comparable regimes, the same access, correction, deletion and objection rights apply, and we process your data lawfully, fairly, and only for the purposes described in this policy.
To exercise any right under any of these laws, email support@enodara.com. We respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you.
Enodara is intended for adults who are legally permitted to engage with financial information in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@enodara.com and we will delete the account promptly.
We may update this privacy policy as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. For material changes, ones that meaningfully affect your rights or how we use your data, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. For minor clarifications, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions about this policy, your data, or how we handle privacy, we genuinely want to hear from you.
